We were fortunate to secure a small parcel of super premium fruit from a neighbouring vineyard. This will be an exceptional wine. The colour is fantastic — deep, rich purple — and already has that peppery flavour that distinguishes the great Adelaide Hills shiraz from the more overripe, plummy qualities that is associated with Barossa, Clare and McLaren Vale. This wine will not be released until the second half of 2008. We recommend to all on our mailing list that you apply for your allocation now.
